What direction do cosmic rays come from?

Using the scintillation panels and the "Wheel of Cosmic Fortune" you attempted to discover the direction from which most cosmic rays reach us. (As an addendum to last week's experiment, you enlisted Cosmic Chris' help in determining the effect of the building in attenuating the cosmic ray count.)

Some things you might want to include:

1. Your raw data.

2. An appropriate graphical representation of your findings.

3. Discussion of your findings.

Some questions you might want to incorporate into your writeup:

1. Clearly there was a change in the counting rate as you rotated the wheel. What accounts for the change?

2. How would changing the diameter of the wheel affect your results? What would happen if the detectors were brought closer? What if they were further apart?
