Mr. T's Cloud Chamber Project

This is a map of the magnetic field of the magnet we used in the experiment. As you can see, there is a hot spot on one side of the magnet. The area in yellow has a field strength of about 440-490 Gauss. The rest of the magnet at this height is only 380-440 Gauss.

The other interesting part about the field is the white to purple section on the outter band of the map. Here, the field is reversed and is in the opposite direction.
